Terms of Use

Last updated: August 19, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to the Wisford website, waitlist, beta app, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Beta service

Wisford is currently offered as a pre-release beta. Features may change, contain errors, become unavailable, or result in loss of data. We may limit, suspend, or end beta access at any time. Beta access is personal, revocable, and may not be sold or transferred.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer protected portions, submit unlawful or harmful material, or use automated systems to overload or extract data from it.

Your information and feedback

You retain ownership of information you submit. You give Wisford permission to process it as needed to provide, secure, and improve the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. If you provide ideas or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation, while we will not publicly identify you without permission.

Recipes, food, and AI-generated content

Wisford provides organizational tools and meal suggestions for general informational purposes. Recipes, ingredient matches, expiry estimates, substitutions, quantities, and AI-generated results may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always use your own judgment regarding allergies, dietary restrictions, food condition, safe storage, preparation, cooking temperatures, and consumption. Wisford is not medical, nutritional, or food-safety advice.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, branding, and original content, is owned by Wisford or its licensors and protected by applicable law. These terms grant only the limited right to use the Service as intended.

Third-party services

The Service may rely on or link to third-party services, including Apple TestFlight and AI or infrastructure providers. Their own terms and policies apply to their services, and Wisford is not responsible for third-party content or availability.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wisford will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, food, profits, or opportunity arising from use of the Service.

Changes and termination

We may update the Service or these terms. Material changes will be reflected by a revised date and, when appropriate, additional notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
