Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Wisford ("Wisford," "we," or "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you join our waitlist, take part in our beta, use the Wisford app, or visit our website (together, the "Service").

Information we collect

We try to collect only what is needed to provide and improve Wisford:

We do not ask for or store payment-card details during the beta.

How we use your information

How information is shared

We do not sell personal information or share it with advertisers. We may share information with service providers only as needed to operate Wisford, including:

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Email communications

If you join the waitlist or beta, we may send service-related messages, beta invitations, and occasional Wisford updates. You can unsubscribe from optional updates using the link in an email or by submitting a privacy request. We may still send essential messages related to an active beta or support request.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, use the Wisford feedback form, select Privacy or data request, and include the email address associated with your request. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain the beta or waitlist, meet legal and security obligations, resolve disputes, and improve Wisford. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, and we will honor valid deletion requests subject to lawful retention requirements.

Data location and transfers

Wisford and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those locations may have privacy laws that differ from the laws where you live.

Children

Wisford is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, submit a privacy request so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Wisford changes. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, when appropriate, provide additional notice in the Service or by email.
