For the most useful bug report
- Describe what you were trying to do.
- List the steps that caused the issue.
- Include what you expected and what happened instead.
- Mention your device and iOS version when relevant.
Beta access
If you joined the waitlist, your address remains on file unless you request deletion. Invitations are sent in small batches, so joining does not guarantee immediate access.
Response times
Wisford is currently run as a small beta. Reports are reviewed, but an individual response or resolution time cannot be guaranteed.
Do not include passwords, payment details, medical information, or other sensitive personal information in a support submission.
